1. Discovery Call: Getting to Know You

When you book a free Discovery call with us, this is our chance (both yours and mine) to see if we would be a good client-designer fit. You’ll hop on a casual 15 minute Zoom call with our founder and lead designer, Bridget Hrdlicka. If you have pictures to show of the existing space, that really helps us envision the needs. We ask about your goals for the space, and based on that discussion we should understand enough to generate an interior design fee proposal for you. That will be sent within 3 days of our call. Once you sign on the dotted line (electronically – it’s super easy), your project is booked and we begin to dive in.
2. Kickoff: Brand Exploration Meeting

Our design process begins with listening. During the initial consultation, we learn everything we can about your project: your goals, your business, your brand, your space, and the experience you want your visitors or team to have.
We ask questions like:
This is also where we establish the project’s scope, timeline, and how much you want to spend on items like finishes and furniture so expectations are clear from day one.
3. Research & Inspiration: Building the Vision

With your input as our guide, we move into concept development. Our team studies your brand identity, target audience, industry trends, and any technical or architectural requirements.
We explore:
We present initial concepts in the form of inspiration decks and 3D renderings to make sure we’re aligned before diving deeper.
4. Schematic Design: Sketching the Big Picture

This is where the space begins to take form. We develop:
You’ll start to see how your goals translate into actual design solutions—how circulation flows, how light interacts with materials, how your brand becomes tangible in the physical space.
5. Design Development: Sharpening the Details

Once the overall direction is approved, we move into refining the details. Here, we:
We’ll also align with your contractor or project manager to keep feasibility and buildability in mind.
6. Project Coordination: Managing the Moving Parts

We maintain clear communication between all stakeholders: clients, vendors, fabricators, and contractors, to keep things moving smoothly and on schedule. If the project is local, we’re onsite to ensure that every element is placed correctly, styled intentionally, and executed according to the design vision. From wall graphics to millwork, signage to seating, every last detail is considered.
7. Reveal & Beyond: The Finish Line (and the Follow-Up)

Once the space is complete, we do a final walkthrough and make sure everything is just right. We photograph the space, celebrate the transformation with you, and ensure you feel confident living and working in your new environment.
Even after project completion, we’re available for future enhancements, seasonal updates, or additional design needs as your business grows.
