Face to Face is a medi-spa franchise that was brought to us with brand guidelines and the owner's vision of creating a tranquil, beautiful, and comfortable space to be pampered. After careful listening, our team generated the the concept of "elegant serenity", and all design and finish decisions were linked back to this concept. With a high customer return rate, the location is being used as a model for all future franchise designs.
