It can be daunting to know exactly which interior design services you need, especially if this is your first project as an owner. You don’t want to overspend, and you don’t want to under-invest in expertise. We understand this, and after years of working with business owners have developed distinct packages to meet various needs.

Our package names are: Full Interior Transformation, Design Sprint, and Design Concierge. Let’s take a closer look at what those mean…

1) FULL INTERIOR TRANSFORMATION

Typically, a Full Interior Transformation package is best suited for:

• A brand new business looking for a deep-dive on how to translate the brand identity into a space
• An existing business that is outdated and needs a total refresh
• The layout of the space is changing
• You want to completely transform the function and aesthetic of the space
• The construction budget is over $50k (that isn’t our fee, that is how much you will spend on the build)
• You have 2-3 months to spend on design
• You have $15,000+ to invest in full design services

• Field Measurements
• Brand Exploration Meeting
• Space Planning
• Renderings
• Full Construction Drawings
  • Slate Interiors Studio is not a licensed architect or engineer but can connect you with the proper professional as required for stamped drawings necessary for city submissions and permitting.
• Light Fixture & Plumbing Fixture Specs
• Finish Selection
• Involvement with General Contractor
• Site Visits During Construction

Then we have two packages that are geared towards business owners who do not need a full-blown interior design package:

2) DESIGN SPRINT

Design Sprint is a quick two days of our dedicated design time. This package is best suited for:

• You need design completed quickly (usually we can book you within 2 weeks, then 2 days of design)
• Under 3,000 square feet of space
• Layout is remaining the same
• Project is budget-sensitive but you’d like a team to look creatively at a concept design (not dive into intricate details or drawings)
• High-quality renderings that are useful for presale or marketing efforts
• You have $4,000+ to invest in concept design services

Design Sprint includes:

• Brand Exploration Meeting
• Renderings
• Floor Plan with Furniture Placement
• Paint Color Selections
• Mood Board for Furniture and Light Fixture Inspiration

3) DESIGN CONCIERGE

Design Concierge is a package that includes the targeted selection of finishes only. This package is best suited for:

• You want professional selection of finishes so that your investment in the space can hold up over time
• You are confident in the space design and ONLY need finish/material guidance
• Layout is remaining the same OR an architect has already established the layout and you’re pleased with it
• We often do these for turnkey leases
• You have $2,500+ to invest in finish selection services

Design Concierge includes selection of:

• Flooring
• Tile
• Paint
• Wall base
• Cabinetry
